Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between Triunfo Store and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Triunfo Store. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, he declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.

If the Customer and consumer, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance sales.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

For every order placed on www.triunfostore.it/catalogo, Triunfo Store will issue an invoice of the material sent by ordinary mail or e-mail. If requested by the Customer or by choice of Triunfo Store, the invoice can be delivered by e-mail to the order, in accordance with Article 14 D.P.R. 445/2000. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering and in the Triunfo Store order confirmation shall prevail.

The costs of delivery, insurance merchandise, are charged to the customer and are clearly stated during the order confirmation. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen when ordering.

No responsibility can be attributed to Triunfo Store in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

Right of withdrawal

F1. Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to www.triunfostore.it a reference of VAT number), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following letters F2-F3-F4-F5-F6-F7-F8-F9- F10. To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to Triunfo Store to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to: Triunfo Store - Via Nardones, 107 - 80132 Naples, or by telegram or fax always sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by letter registered with acknowledgment of receipt, sent within the following 48 hours. Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the Triunfo Store Customer Service will promptly inform the customer of instructions on how to return the goods, which must take place within the next 48 hours.

NB The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

F2. The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (eg: accessories, attachments, parts of equipment, etc ...);

F3. The right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware) once opened.

F4. The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, to put it in a second box, to protect the original packaging, avoiding the use of stickers or changing the aesthetics of the package with writing, etc ..

F5. According to the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, and under the full responsibility of the customer.

F6. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Triunfo Store will notify the customer of the event (within 5 days of receipt of the goods in their stores), to allow him to promptly report to the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

F7. Triunfo Store is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

NB The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its content), in cases where Triunfo Store ascertains:

F8. The lack of external packaging and / or original internal packaging

F9. The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, ...)

F10. Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.

F11. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Triunfo Store will return the purchased good to the sender, charging him the shipping costs.

F12. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, Triunfo Store will deduct from the refund due to a variable percentage, in any case no more than 15% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

F13. Without prejudice to any costs of restoration for damage to the original packaging, Triunfo Store will refund the customer the full amount already paid, by bank transfer, within 14 days of return of the goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to quickly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (ABI Code - CAB - IBAN - Current Account - CIN of the invoice holder or delivery note).

G1. The prices shown on the site are all VAT included.

At the end of the transaction, the list price is shown, the eventual discount (in euro and in percentage) reserved for the customer, the courier cost charged on the invoice, and finally the total price including VAT. The details of the costs, the personal data of the customer and Triunfo Store will then be confirmed to the customer himself, by sending an order confirmation from Triunfo Store that the customer must check, accept and return to the sender to proceed with the delivery of the ordered goods.
